For your Sunday perusal we have the top ten worst dictator list.

I never knew there was a list. Or let me re-phrase, I never knew there was such a LONG list. I'm floored, really.

This makes me think (which can be dangerous most of the time) but if 9/11 had not happened then we will still be lounging around, standing by KNOWING that Saddam was killing people - and nothing - we would STILL be lounging around getting fat. Spoiled little bratty fat belly-aching selfish children we have become.

The Gary Sinise special was on Fox News this morning when I woke up. I started watching. At one point Gary and his crew were taken to a bombed out and abandoned palace of Saddam's. It was one of the palaces that was still being built when he was in power. Apparently, the workers were not working fast enough and Saddam would bring them in, line them up and shoot them! He would kill them!! My brain STILL can't process that.

And we KNEW this was happening all along? And we know it is happening with OTHER dictators as well, right now? I think that makes us just as guilty, that we know it is going on, and we stand by and do nothing. Shame on us!

Another story the press, including Fox News until today, apparently decided to set aside. I wonder what Bush bashing story took its place?

I watched the re-broadcast last night around midnight. I heart him. I love that he continues to acknowledge Vietnam vets, too. My husband, a VN vet, says the election of Obama is the last slap across the face to Vietnam vets since the candidate was McCain.

Those specials always make me tear up.
